The company has made a mandate on itself that we cannot compromise on the quality of goods and services that we are offering, therefore the performance off all staff personnel is constantly monitored and evaluated to ensure that our clients get the kinds of services that are expected from us. All staff members are constantly facilitated with trainings to ensure that they learn about new state of art technologies and equipment that have entered the market.


Marketing Strategy

Promatick World’s strategy is based on service and consumer knowledge value to targeted segments.

The first method is office visit to large companies to present our construction work that companies can use within our services.  Another method we have is strategically placed advertisements.

Our format of advertisiment include (and not limited to):

  • Sending our business cards that derails of evey service we offer to pontential members of construction companies. 
  • We are also organising a radio advert that details all of the services our company delivers. This will be the main advertising format since the demographics of the services are fairly similar to Promatick World’s demographics. 
  • Our website and Facebook page are also sources for our services information friendly to young business persons requiring information about Promatick World. 
  • Another source of marketing is done with strategic knowledge of members within Promatick World. One prime example is information captured by the marketing department within the company. The strategic relationship will be mutually beneficial where both members will develop visible opportunities for each other and all ideas will be dealt with to reach a similar goal which is to create the most decent construction work for our clients.


Marketing Objectives

  • Develop our machines and employ workers with vast experience in civil works to maintain a healthy working enviroment of high quality.

An additional source of dynamic market research is a feedback system based on the company card system which we give feeely to pontential members of both large and small companies.

An effective system for allowing large companies to have tangible instances on how they wish to have the final product (which is to be constructed by Promatick World). This system is competitive since our comepititors do not have a niche market in thier construction.

The business model of the establishment is to sell our services and provide buildings and other infrastructure of high quality. Beyond these two values, there is a little other genuine value that the establishment tries to provide. 
We distinguish their business model that concentrates on developing value for Large construction value and beyond. The construction develops an effective inherently structured social setting that encourages companies that are implementing the setting of modern construction.

Providing the services makes us unique and increases our market value, as an ancillary part of the business model. Generating value for our clients is the main focus, as easy as, if the clients are happy then the service production will follow (assuming of course that proper marketing and financial controls are employed).
